As laker fan, I still think its nuggets in 6, but this series may change quick . Last season, Beasley, Brown, Vando could not contribute much or anything on offense vs Nuggets. And even Schroder could not even stay in front of Murray having played good defense vs Grizzlies and Warriors. Gabe can do that to make things a bit difficult in transition as well.
Look at the 3pt % of lakers players who are in rotation this season. Joy is right. Its vastly different from last season offensively.

DLo- 41.5%(3/7.2)
Rui – 42% (1.4/3.4)
Reaves – 37% (1.9/5.1)
Prince – 40% (1.8/4.6)
Dinwiddie – 39% (1.3/3.2)
Even Max Christie is at 36% on low 3pa.
Lets look at nuggets (6 or 8 man rotation including Jackson and Holiday) who take low 3pa because the secret is points in paint and rebounding.

Murray – 42%
KCP – 40%
Porter – 39%
Gordon – 29%
Jackson – 36%
Braun – 38%
Defensively, this is not the same team as last yr Nuggets with Brown and Green supporting starting lineup so effectively. This Nuggets bench is a bit doubtful tbh. Is Jackson, Braun and bench going to be as effective as their last playoff. That core has to do some heavy-duty work . Thats where this series could shift if even one of them dont play up as expected. I am not saying will, it could.
this is a different lakers team. If nuggets sleep lakers can shoot them out of the building. Lakers have shooting and depth on th wing now. WIth Dinwiddie and vincent plus dlo, reaves and hachimura shooting. nuggets will have a hard time
I would put 10-15 min gabe on murray because he is a great defensive player
