really unlucky, klay sold the game we can't keep needing steph to carry us everytime its time we make some trades and worry about the future of this franchise. It was fun while it lasted but all good things come to an end.

This is why you don't trade away a young core of players you developed for Chris Paul basically. Poole & Wiseman should've been kept and I been saying this from the get go. The problem was Green, they gambled on it and it lost. Is he still here to the end? They can keep the original trio and hope the youngsters develop and try again but it's the vets that cost them, Green and Klay 12 point combined.
I hope Klay signs with GS at a discount so they can extend or sign reinforcements.

Everybody's talking about Klay for this ONE game but to be honest without Klay's performance in the last part of the season, the Warriors wouldn't have even made it into the play-in. Also if people want to point fingers, all fingers should be pointed at Draymond because he was suspended for 20+ games. His unneccessary actions COST this team AGAIN!!!! If he wasn't out for all those games, the Warriors would've had a higher playoff position.
I think they still have a championship left in them. Klay was playing great until the last game, he was looking like curry out there the last 15 games or so. The warriors learned a lot this season and completely changed their team during the course of the season. Next season(6 months away) they will be ready more than they were this year to put themselves in a better position for the playoffs and see if they can make 2022 happen all over again.
Honestly the warriors aren’t done if they make the right moves. Curry is still one of the best players in the league, he just needs the support he deserves. Draymond showed he can still contribute on a championship team the last few months so he should stay. But they need to drop Klay and move as many of the young talents that can get good trades to support Steph while he is still that guy. Steph might have two years left where he is still a top 5 player and instead of building for a future without Steph the warriors should capitalize on the time he has left.

Steph needs to understand one thing very clear. He’s not winning a championship with dray n klay again. He can either play with them n finish his career without another championship or trade em and get pieces and take a shot at winning. If he’s expecting to have them and win it ain’t happening. Unless klay gets a monstrous paycut and dray sacrifices some of his salary.
Earlier I read an article about the fact Klay is looking into free agency. Well if money is what he is looking for then he needs to go. I love his competitive attitude but he is at the end of his career. And he has, in the part two years, lifted his skill when it needs to be.
Don’t think players towards the end of their careers should get paid big bucks. Appreciate what they have done earlier in their NBA careers. But towards the end … we’ll age shows. Let team money go to the upcoming players. Don’t be so self-fish. And for those who are great like Klay. The hall of fame will be their historic reward.
As for Curry I agree he will NOT win another championship the way the rooster stays now. His hall of fame status will speak for itself.
Steph has great basketball skills but his leadership skills are amazing as well. Never blamed his teammates, coaches, etc.
