I had the same worries and I even came out and said that I think scoot was going to be rookie of the year and overall would have a better career. We do know the risk of seven footers and then on top of it Victor is built like a slimJim …But even with that thought process even I said I would still draft Victor Wembenyama off the potential alone. If there was just a slim chance that he might be the generational talent that he has said to be I bank on that and take him first pick over scoot; I would be an idiot not to do so.
So even though some of my beliefs aged like milk it would’ve been fine because I would’ve picked up victor regardless unlike this guy who would have been fired if he was the GM
