I’m sorry but at times I think you need to go big Larry and Jonas at the same time plus that 8 or 9 man rotation didn’t work at all they should put more 3 point shooters. Also Herb took to many 3 point shoots or Larry don’t stretch taken a bad shoot while BI is open coaching wasn’t great it was good Willie still needs better strategies
We held them to 94 points. Their role players hit 8/15 from 3. Jose/naji/herb went 4/16 on open 3s

We have to recognize that Brandon Ingram and CJ McCollum aren’t superstars. They’re fringe All-Stars. Jalen Williams put 19 ppg | 4 rpg | 4.5 apg as arguably the third option behind SGA and Chet. 54% from the field and 42% from three. Meanwhile BI had one more point, one more rebound, and one more assist per game shooting 49% from the field and 35% from three while at the very least being a 1A/1B option with Zion. We seriously need to consider moving on from him…and CJ too.

Jake, there's nothing I can add because you are on it. OKC isolated the Pels worst defender and took advantage of him multiple times..CJ. Poor execution the last 3 minutes really did them in and No closer….ahhhh!

It’s weird that the moment I actually feel positive, Jake feels pessimistic lol. I’ve been pessimistic all year and just accepted the fact that we are what we are.
I'm proud of how hard we played. But it seems like those late game stumbles continue to haunt us. I loved Jonas and honestly, this has changed my perspective of him. I've been calling for us to let him go after the year, but I'm reconsidering that. Ingram let us down completely. Thunder made it hard to make anything. CJ was decent but yet again, you see that he's a clutz in late game moments.

Tough shooting night, but we held on and stayed competitive throughout the entire game. Game 2 will go the Pels way and we'll extend the series for Z.

Jake, I think I finally understand.
We should build our team to suit a player who has not yet played half of his team's games during his tenure and tie up a quarter of our team's salary cap to 'keep him happy'. I agree…JV has to go….BI has to go…Naji has to go…Dyson has to go. We need players who specialize in canning the three (when Zion's available).
