[Begley] Asked about the 2-minute report, Tom Thibodeau says he’s more concerned about ‘the 46-minute report.” Says that he knew refs couldn’t call fouls there because of the way they officiated Jalen Brunson during Game 2.

This is objectively true and ive been saying it for the past day and a half. Someone needs to clip all of the inbounds where Brunson got straight up mugged and grabbed. It happened the entire game.

Really a perfect answer. The FT split was pretty even, so the game was called evenly.

But they were letting the 76ers batter and bruise Brunson all night and not give him any calls.

If they had called a foul for Maxey on that inbound then where are the 10 other fouls Brunson shoudlve got?

Philly is filing a grievance over this comment

That’s the truth though. The 2 minute report ignores the previous 46. The most important thing is consistency through 48 minutes. Why call some ticky tack fouls in the last seconds of you didn’t call them all game

Or when guys were hugging brunson on screens. L2m can suck my dick, refs are just shit in general

    LMAOOOOO

    The 46 minute report

    THIBS MY NIGGA *4 LYFE*

We blowing em out tomorrow nite, you can already feel Brunson’s 50 piece cookin in the atmosphere

When they won that challenge I basically knew the officiating was fucked. That’s the thing though. If officiating is gonna be fucked it’l probably be fucked both ways unless you have Scott “The Extender” Foster stepping in lol.

Yeah that last 2 minute was pretty chaotic but things were moving so fast that I can excuse it especially since something special was going on. But if Philly wants to complain about those 2 minutes then they need to fucking accept that they had a shit ton of stupid calls for the first 3 quarters too.

My only regret is that I have but one upvote to give. Thibs keeping it 100.

I basically used that a response in an r/nba thread about the L2M report. It’s like cherry picking statistics to skew the perspective one way or the other. Suuuurrree by the rule of the land were there some “INC”s? BUT, in relation to the other 46 minutes of the game (of which we don’t get a report) how consistent were they with how the game was being called?

  16. Philly needs to address the elephant in the room and quit bitching

Tobias Harris signing is 100% backfiring, not just a bad signing but now he’s helping the other team by simply being out there

$180M for 10 points in the playoffs is pathetic. But thanks bro, appreciate it 👊🤣
