If they hire someone competent and everyone else stays in their lane, then I believe it can work. Now ask me how likely it is that others will stay in their lane……Highly doubtful.

I would hire Jon Horst from Milwaukee , he knows how to build a team and does right by his star player/ players

Until Cade is fully healthy it isn't smart to build around him, because he will never get to fully play and build team chemistry with the player you surround him with. Build a team around the healthy players first. No team in NBA history has build around a young player such as CADE that been injured for 3 seasons. Cade a good player but will he be fully healthy and become great. Building around him at this stage isn't smart, one-two more injury and you set back years again with the rebuild.
Also Fire or Trade Monty, that league survey where players do not want to play for him will hurt us in free agency.
