  1. The Kings need to get rid of Harrison Barnes and his contract. I hated the move when it happened (it happened out of panic IMO), and I still hate it.

  2. Not being afraid to pay for the gamechanger we need or we'll continue in purgatory, which is better than the hell hole we were in prior to the last two seasons.

  3. Key bench players, mainly at center and gaurd (even if we keep Monk) and someone to replace Barnes. Hopefully some shooting in those players if Heurter is on his way out too

  4. I want MB back and he should get paid market value but Kerr and Pops is not his market. How many rings do those two guys have?

  5. I have to get this off my chest. Duce & Mo you have been around long enough to know smoke when you see it. Free throw I buy that for sure, Monte on the other hand the Jury is out on him in my view. First do the Kings have $$$ to play the Free agent game? Sorry to digress I ahve been a Yankee Fan for 60 years. I know smoke Cashman and Hal Stienbrenner we look at everything if it helps the team. It's called dumpster diving. Won't work and will turn off the fan's big time. Everyone protects Barns. I don't see it sorry. I don't know enough to know how to improve but I know what my eyes tell me. Barns sorry slow and not tough enough. If we loose Monk it's going to be a big set back. So we have to see. Just some thoughts. Don't put Ellis in the HOF just yet. Love you both

  6. I'm going to use Mike Brown's pressure quote in an interview. That was gold. This season was disappointing but it is nothing compared to the true basketball hell of the pre-McNair era.

  7. According to the Ringer, the Kings lost eight games that they had led by at least 15 points. They blew more 20-point leads (four) than any other team in the league, including two in the final weeks of the regular season (to the Knicks and Thunder). Just holding on in those four games would have meant a 50-win season and likely the 5th or 6th seed.

  8. Didn't hear the "presser", but Monte & the FT's is legit. It's something that can be "worked" on . Pay him, pay MB market value, but if we give an outrageous contract to Malik, fan will lose their minds. I agree that HB is not first team level, but bc of HB, we've won alot more games bc of HB. He's a basketball mind that still has value. Losing Malik & getting an OG, or Paskal ain't the answer. Somebody at the right time being available at the right price means everything. Which means luck ha something to do w/it. But being from the lean years, the new culture since the acquisition of Mike, Sabonis & Malik(luck) had a great deal to w/ King's success

  9. I'm more interested in the Kings developing all the younger players who need to be unleashed!I like surprises and I believe a couple of guys from the G-League Kings will play a big role next year!

  10. I wonder if we can sign Monk to 4/78 or whatever but with player option after 2 and then we can pay him more. That way he has the 78 in case injury or something but also can get paid even more after 2 by the Kings.

  11. Nothing turns my stomach more is seeing Tyreese's success and the league ignoring Foxy. We clearly got the better of that deal. Domas is a willing rebounding machine & that's more than the average "fan" knows. Foxy is clearly faster, smarter, has better handles & now, muck better defensively. Lest us nit forget the Foxy had a mobile center ( Willie CS) & 2 time all-star in Cuz.

  12. No accountability ever. Never ever takes accountability. Makes me sick to my stomach. Kings media coddles mike brown so much it’s not even funny. Press that man on why the kings shooting last in ft%, why there are these late game breakdowns, why the plays out of times are so horrible , why the rotations are so bad. Sacramento media is soft af.

  13. Monty’s ego has been getting in the way of the Kings getting longer and more athletic. He likes small “3 and D” it’s all he’ll ever draft and it’ll be the demise of this team. Watch us pick up another undersized shooter in a league that gets more and more athletic. Fire Monty 🔥

  14. I'm aware running a multimillion business/ NBA team can't rely on luck, but it's very much a part of being a successful organization. If sucess wasn't a matter of luck, we would never have let Tyreese go, the Knicks wouldn't have pulled off getting Brunson from the Mavs & the emergence of potential talent in JGreene in Houston. To be successful as a organization & understand the power of luck, just look at San Antone or the unexpected growth of OKC. Having the weath of talent AND draft picks AND talent like Wemby or Shai, luck plays a big part of the future. Impatience of the Kings front office will doom the Kings to the years of Tank Thompson & EJohnson… great guys w/ talent, but everyone else got better. Again, let's not forget, the Kings are part of the "good team" conversation. W/ exception of the Bibby/ Webber yrs., Sac wasn't part of the convo. & despite love& fear from their competitors & a Sports Illistrated cover, the league relied on a crooked referee to gyp our town of a potential Finals appearance . Since then was a significant blow to Sac. Since then we've had high draft picks , but littlr siccess. & dont overexpect we'll ever be a Boston, Miami or San Antonio. Patience Kings fans 🎉

  15. Idk if I have hopes for another upgrade that reduces our weakness and improves strengths at the player position. What I do want to see is the Kings work in 3 areas: conditioning, playing under control and increasing defense IQ to prevent critical defensive breakdowns in crunch time.

  16. Stop trying to coach the team like they are the golden state warriors. we do not have prime steph and klay on our team. get to the rim, play bigger lineups and hit freethrows

  17. This off-season, Monte is going to give away a 1st round pick and a player for magic beans. This will still be an improvement over last off-season.

  18. This offseason we’ll find out if the Kings are on their way to becoming the Harden lead rockets.. the thought is concerning.

  19. I want the kings players & staff to take more accountability feels like they good with this season even if they say different just say season was unsuccessful no playoffs we regressed we gotta lotta work to do say we need new faces dont just be satisfied with mediocrity nobody out west is waiting for us if not very careful even teams 10-15 will start to pass us

  20. Kings would need tough superhero players who will be able to keep frantic pace on the offensive side, do magic on the defensive side and still be able to continue shooting accurately. Then Mr Brown will be happy 😁

  21. IMO Kings need a 6'11" power forward that can spread the floor and then slide Keegan to the 3 to compete with the length of these bigger teams.

  22. Why would brown have anything happen on offense without Fox being at least used as a decoy ? Not a single play should ever occur but in a one and done game without Fox being at least used to confuse or get someone else open .

  23. Brown the clown . I was so mad watching the pelicans game because in first quarter Fox and sabonis were clearly hit and ready to lead us to victory but they had 10-15 possessions where it was just Keegan or just Barnes getting the ball and Fox standing over to the side . What a joke Brown is .

  24. Why is no one talking about what seemed so obvious and crazy to me vs pelicans – in first quarter Fox and sabonis were clearly ready to lead us to a win and Keegan was clearly afraid and not ready to do anything but they had set plays or forced the ball to Keegan 6-8 times in first quarter and all those plays Fox was just standing off to the side .

It’s like having the most dynamic running back / wide receiver type player in football but you just put him off to the side and he just stands there not being involved.

  25. Why do they have players like McGee? Duarte ? And several others . They literally suck and it’s just obvious. Why even have them ? Losers
