  1. >It took the Sixers shooting 17 of 22 and 9 of 12 from 3 in the 3rd quarter to win by 11, keep the faith y’all

This is from the Knicks sub.

  2. November_Coming_Fire

So r/nba is entirely unreadable? I unfollowed a while ago but decided to check in

  3. poolords

i thought you guys were joking about how /r/nba looked tonight but the entire first page is legit just embiid hate. like the whole thing LMAOOO i’ve never seen it look like that. imagine if he won a chip.

  4. Was way too many asshole NY fans in Wells Fargo tonight.  Fuck NY. Loved watching them all leave with 1:30 left.  Fucking bums.

  5. Knicks are in a unique position where their players can just start ragdolling after any amount of physicality from Embiid and they’ll still garner the support of the NBA community.

  6. BlaqOptic

It amazes me that somehow the rest of NBA fandom seems to have forgotten Jokic caving in Cam Payne’s face out of playoff frustration a few years ago. No conversation about him being dirty. It’s amazing how people hate Embiid and give everyone else a pass like the Knicks haven’t been playing dirty all series.

  7. r/nba is gross

the new “meme” is to make fun of joels paralyzed face.

  8. jorgelongo222

lost in the win the fucking knicks keep shooting lights out from 3 and fucking Josh Hart cant miss, I cant wait for his regression to the mean cause he should go like 0-10

  9. knicks fans whine more than any other teams fan base i swear. if not more than they gotta be tied with someone. these people are absolutely insane

  10. babyjet321

I love all the punk ass Knicks fans crying over Embiid it’s so rich coming from the dirtiest team in the league by far I guess they don’t like a little taste of their own medicine.. assholes.

  11. phillyphan96

What’s up with r/nba hating us so much? Their front page is cringe tonight. Is it just that they hate Embiid THAT much or do they hate the Sixers too? I don’t see nearly as much hate towards us in all the other league (Baseball, Hockey, NFL) subs.

  12. riprumblejohnson

Honestly I’m just scared for embiid next game. There’s no way he closes out the series. A random role player is going to take him out for the whole post season

  13. shadowarmy229

lolKnicks fans giving tough competition to Wolves fans with their tears when Joel dropped 50 on them

  14. Gunningham

I love how they say he’s made of glass and then say he’s a foul merchant. Don’t you wonder why he’s hurt all the time? That shit adds up.

  15. WraithTwelve

Delicious r/NBA tears. Little piss babies.

  16. Yeah, the Embiid incident with Robinson was bad and could’ve injured Robinson. Embiid lost his cool because he thought OG fouled him, so he just lashed out at Robinson. Gotta keep your composure.

But, Jesus Christ, r/nba should be the last sub to pearl clutch about a dirty play when many of them PRAISED Jokic for almost paralyzing Markieff Morris and essentially ending his career after cheap-shotting him in the back.

  17. bearlefit

Goddamn, the Knicks fans are losing their fucking minds over this loss like we didn’t have our hearts ripped out last game lmao

  18. Drikkink

Good fucking god the NBA sub is insufferable. You can have rational discussion on fucking /r/nfl somehow but you have a Sixers flair on /r/nba and you get immediate -10.

  19. 215gobirdss

Never forget when Donte divincenzo tried taking out Kelly oubres knee earlier this season. And oubre wasn’t stepping on him like Robinson was to Joel.

  20. ranchsauce13

The Lakers haven’t beat the Nuggets since December 2022. That’s regular season and playoffs which is insane to me, they just fucking own them

  21. cmay91472

I’ll admit I didn’t watch one minute of the game due to watching the NFL draft. Just followed along on the ESPN game cast.

Overall, how was Embiid’s conditioning and mobility? Does he look like he is regaining his game conditioning? Is he still favoring the knee or starting to move better?

Considering game 4 isn’t until Sunday and then it goes NY, PHI, NY with travel days off in between, I’m thinking he is only going to get stronger with each game barring any setbacks.

  22. Shagaliscious

But the other player going after Embiid going into the air was just a regular foul.

  23. itsover103

What I took away from this is…Embiid is simply unstoppable when he wants to be….and the only thing that’s different in this game from the first two is that they learned how to close out the game

  24. valknut95

Knicks sub having a fucking meltdown. Life’s good.
