Honestly last night was a truly generational game. On top of the midair leg grab that should have been a flagrant 2 he had a groin kick and hit someone in the head, plus spent half the game shouting at refs. Draymond would be proud

I was thinking this watching all the videos this morning. If Draymond had done what Embiid did last night people would be calling for a 10 game suspension.

to be fair green gets away with dirty plays all the time. he didn’t even get called for a foul on that shit he did to patty mills
people focused on the leg grab but he also hit two different knicks players in the groin. one with a blatant knee that should have been a flagrant – meaning his leg grab flagrant 1 would have led to an ejection, and later he kicked mitch in the groin with a draymond special (smacked him in the face on the same play). also hip checked OG late in the game and wasn’t even called for a foul. also “fell” on mitch on another play and hit ihart in the head on another play (this was incidental but still)
Embiid is a crybaby that usually has things go his way in terms of refereeing. When he doesnât get his way he throws tantrums and hurts people by being a 320 pound crybaby.
In reality drsymond probably deserves like 5x-10x the techs he has actually received, but both guys are treated with kid gloves.
