Hear me out, I’ve been thinking about this, but like, if we are to make big moves next year, why not start with Jimmy? He’s gonna want a massive contract at age 35 and then Bam Adebayo/Tyler Herro/Jaime Jaquez Jr/ Nikola Jovic is such a fantastic young core to build around that I wouldn’t want to trade any of them. I really think if we stick to them long term we’re good
I know Jimmy is a heat lifer but if the rumors he wants a record contract is true then I’d like to see a Jaquez/Herro/Bam led team next year. Plus we’d have like 50mil in salary cap cleared from Jimmy to spend

Bam is so much more aggressive without Jimmy. He was killing it earlier in the season too without him
