I watched the knicks game, and I can assure the haters that the 90’s are here to stay. It was like watching an nba on nbc knicks pacers game with Marv Albert.
In a stat oriented modern game, the knicks individual stats did not pop, but it’s the things players do that don’t reflect in the box score. Something about a 97-92 that is so much more thrilling.
Jalen brunsons game reminds of mark Jackson, of course much better. Also, Jalen brunsons contract 4-104milly is an absolute bargain. I didn’t think jalen was going to be good or worth that contract. Now with the team friendly contract, it would be somethjng if Tom tibs could deliver a Championship to the team he loves. TGIF 90s defense still wins championships.😅
Tom tibs is a defensive mastermind. I never want to hear anyone say tibs works his teams too hard. The results consistently show.
Also, I know everyone’s gonna call me a nutcase, but if there is any chance they link joel embids bells palsy to the mandatory covid shot, uh oh. 😮

But I think in general this has been a lot of tweaks. You can say that they are more talented but the Knicks do what they are known for. If the game stays close we always have a chance. And we may have solved the Embiid puzzle with two undersized players. Series is over.

The Sixers meed to learn how to rebound the ball in crucial times in the game, especially defensive ones. Get every fifty fifty ball and capitalize if and when you get the ball by making a score.
