[StatMuse] No LeBron, KD or Steph in the second round for the first time since 2005.

No LeBron, KD or Steph in the second round for the first time since 2005.

The guard it is a changing. A long time ago, Shaq, Kobe and Duncan were still dominating.

Olympic practice is early this year

Truly the beginning of the end of an incredible era.

  3. We’ve really witnessed some amazing careers over the last 20+ years, gotta appreciate it while it’s still here

  4. lannistargaryen

That’s crazy to think about. But the league is in great hands with all the talent rn

  5. Not_A_Vegetable

Damn, is this really the end of an era? One didn’t make it to the playoffs. One swept. One with a gentleman’s sweep.

  6. Potential_Meat_5103

I was in elementary around this time lmao

Steph Curry wasn’t in the second round in 2005? I could have sworn

LOL. Someone with broken English mentioned this was going to happen a couple of days ago and they just got shit on.

Now we get a “StatMuse” post saying the same thing. Media jackasses can’t even create their own content.

Truly an end of an era. Glad I was able to witness it tho.

What year were Steph or KD the only ones?

  11. IcyMission3

It’s the Derrick White, Jaden Mcdaniels, and Myles Turner era now

  12. It’s the passing of the torch to the next generation of stars.

  13. MrScottieBear1

They still have it though…. Just on average teams….

  14. The Orlando Magic have won more playoff games this year than all three of them combined.

Imagine saying that to someone at the beginning of the year lol

  15. Dsarg_92

That’s crazy the more I think about it. We have seen some incredible stuff for those three. The league is in good hands with all the young talent coming in.

Their FOs got to them before Father Time did

  18. Wise_Ad_112

Steph and kd weren’t even in the nba yet lol

Sacrificing the championship this year so that they can stay fresh and healthy for the Olympics. That’s what a real American hero looks like.

  20. Student_Ok

There are no players right now outside Lebron, KD, or Steph that you can say will be the face of the league.

  21. Koserdee23

FYI, KD only contributed one year to this in 2021

  22. somedudeinlosangeles

Good. Their time is close to an end. It’s time for the young boyz to get some burn. The league is in good hands.

I just wanna see Steph with another all-star again. If we still suck and go out the same way Bron/KD have, I’ll kinda accept his era is over.

  24. flabbydoo

No need for LeBron or Curry when we have mapLeCurry

  25. that’s 1 years. Lebron himself has been in the second round for 15 of those years. Missed 4 times with the lakers, that’s it. KD and Steph are only needed for 4 of those years.

  26. Guru_Pagkolin

Good news they gon be ready for the Olympics

  27. Flaky_Scar_8388

If you put Steph on the Lakers swapping out Lebron they are probably still playing.
