Boston Celtics win Game 4 in Miami, lose Kristaps Porzingis to calf injury
The Celtics got another relatively easy win over the Miami Heat in Game 4 of their opening round series, thanks to 38 points from Derrick White. But the bigger story is losing Kristaps Porzingis to a calf injury in the first half. John Karalis of Boston Sports Journal explains why Game 5 is now a must-win closeout game because of the injury. I have a bad feeling about the KP injury. He couldn’t bend the right foot while limping. I’m really hoping for good news but I’m preparing for the worst.
If I'm the Celtics, I'm sitting KP in Game 5 and Al step in his place. They should have more than enough firepower to win handily at home on Wednesday. I love how awful Caleb Martin has looked these last two games. Some of the things he does out there the shots he takes and misses or the acrobatic finishes at the rim he tries and missing horribly. It's like he really thinks he is the second coming of Dwayne Wade.
