They need to assign someone to be the facilitator full time, if beal is willing to take the sacrifice to be that facilitator then let him do that full time so he can grow into that role so he feels comfortable doing that when time gets tough, don't take turn, the taking turn thing is what killed us because no one had a full time role they were comfortable in so they can't perform when things get tough. honestly royce o'neale is the best man for that job if he stays, he plays defense, and he playmake facilitate some, that facilitator has to be a small forward if you are keeping the big three, you can't just put a traditional point there and have 3 guards out there when nurkic is already such an defensive liability.
