If anything The Fever should adjust to how Caitlin plays. It looked like they had trouble keeping up with her. She plays like Steve Nash where they run the floor fast. Iowa did this that's why Steulky got her points. Aaliyah is still not at peak condition. They should run the floor and get some spots for the shooters. They also missed a lot of gimme shots. If they figure this things out, they will be contenders.
Swoops need to be replaced!

The pre-Caitlyn pro veteran players had years to generate attention to the WNBA; They failed. It took Caitlyn to bring notoriety to the veterans who need to thank her.

I thought it was a good first game for Caitlin. It’s quite apparent that the team needs more time to jell as a unit. I expect to see much improvement over time.

I think theyre all still trying to gel & when it clicks, they will be better. Im fairly excited to see the fever in action from here on out
Missed layups alright!! They are adjusting to each other, the rest of the team fail to make at least 5 of CC s assists, that’s at least 10 points they would have won for 6 or 7 instead of losing by three and CC would had have 5 or more assists added to her performance. Seems like there is hope, best thing was her ability to hold her ground and never back down, she played 28 minutes for 21 points, few assists and rebounds too….She has to get stronger, faster, and improve her endurance as well. People will continue to come up to her and be physical, Arike, teaira, Jaelyn, Natasha, Kalani, they all look as big and strong as men, I mean next to CC she looks like a little girl. But again the fever has little time adjusting to each other, played pretty well for the moment being, and CC looked pretty like a girl but fought like a woman, and it was an amazing atmosphere and great experience for players, public and viewers…Awesome..!!!!
Indiana needs to adjust to her real number one asset "Passing". Too many missed opportunities during the game. Indiana could have run away with it if they could have followed up with baskets..
I think she won rookie of the year. I really do just by seeing her play knowing her playing college and then seeing her play here you know I was a little nervous before this game that she was gonna struggle and have like three points this game of one three-pointer And get pushed all over the place and she did get pushed around a little bit, but she took it and kept shooting and pushed back. You did see a little frustration in the second half when they were all over her double teaming her.
A little disappointed in her team because she made a couple passes that should’ve been wide-open shots for some of the teammates, especially at the post position that I forgot our name backup Aaliyah there were a couple that Clark fed her right at the basket and she missed..
I’ll tell you before this game I’ve never watched the WNBA game. I’ve never known any any of the players except for Candice Parker never heard of. I really like the talent. It’s on Indiana with her. She has a lot of good players on her team.
I do think she’s gonna have to get used to Moving all the time and not play the full 40 minutes. I think she’s going to take me to take more breaks because in college a lot of times she would especially on D recharge where she can’t do that so she’s gonna have to sub out and , take a five minute break and then get back so she’s fresh cause she did look a little tired in the fourth quarter. I hope moves a ball around a little bit more because they have so much talent.

Haters going to hate. The vets should be celebrating all the incredible attention she is bringing the league. Instead it’s straight up hate & jealousy by the vets not only against her but for the new fans.
Nobody had a great game, but it is pre-season. It won’t take long before people realize it’s just more of the same unwatchable basketball. The hype will die out the insane prizes for the first round of play will drop I wouldn’t expect the next TV deal to be that much more but we’ll see hopefully it is it’s not my money.
She got beat on D a lot. Also, her team needs to step it up. They were sluggish and bumbling. Overall, fantastic debut.

Evan the ridiculous Sheryl swoops was trying to downplay everything Caitlin did. She was cheerleading everyone but not Caitlin The hate is real. The real Agenda in the WNBA will be to prove Caitlin is not great. The players are bigger and stronger and if they don't call the fouls and let them beat on Caitlin it will be along hard year.
