Heat win in game 5 in a shocking epic Boston meltdown
Spo is the only coach that makes a real difference. The other coaches are basically man manager, pleasing their superstar(s) is the main job and being the scapegoat in case the stars fail to perform. Wouldnt surprise me if darvin ham only there to order coffee and lunch from uber eats while lebron and rich paul running the show
Like NDA Chev says, Eric Spoelstra is not the coach of the Heat. Pat Riley is and always has been the coach of the Heat. You saw Riles in the crowd last night? Bent forward, intense. He couldn't resist flying up to see game plan work against his hated Celtics.
All the talking heads predicted an easy Boston win in this series. We know this, in spite of what they did last year and their propensity for making life a living hell for opponents.
What I really want to know is the secret, private thoughts of true Celtics fans as they watched their team runaway with the East, only to watch Miami have to play in the play in….only to end up the 8th seed….against Boston!
I have to think that Celtics fans, in spite of their bravado…were saying oh shit under their breath!!!!

Naw, the Celtics will beat this scrappy but untalented bunch of misfit players in 6. Only the Celtics can beat the Celtics. Miami is a team of G Leaguers nobody has ever heard of and nobody wants on their rosters, besides Bam. Their coach is very good. Far better than the Celtic's head coach. That's it.

Here's how i see it. The heat had to hit a record breaking number of 3's, Porzingis had to have his worst game of the season, and get the bare minimum from the Celtics bench to barely lose to Miami. The Heat have the coaching and mental advantage which I believe will win them another game but i don't think it's enough still to win the series.
So the weird thing about this narrative oh they just got hot and had to shoot a franchise playoff record 23 3s to win…. Mind you Boston literally shot their own playoff record with 22 the game before lol… I get it, that’s who the Celtics been for a few years especially this year but it’s just such a weird narrative as if to discount the heat for the quote unquote lack of talent on paper. At this point just don’t doubt us lol no matter who we roll out there our roster is going to compete to final whistle and once again Spo is hands down best coach in nba bar none.

If you make Jaylen Brown and Porzingis try to beat you then the Celtics are as vulnerable as any other competitor
Should the nuggets be worried about their poor 3 point shooting moving forward into a much tougher series
They've got one indisputable weakness – an inexperienced coaching robot who is inflexible and unable to make in game adjustments and to effectively manage and motivate his players. They should never have brought him back after the second half and playoff flame out last year – regardless of regular season success – a bunch of blowouts against weak teams- with all the really good coaches out there – this team is talented but not mature enough – they need a strong coaching hand

I don’t see Miami repeating this type of shooting again and although I’m not a believer in the Celtics, I think they will beat the Heat in this series. With Joel Embiid being somewhat hampered, with the Bucks missing their best player the Celtics probably come out of the east. But they will lose to Denver in the finals. Denver should handle a maturing Dallas team in the Western Conference finals.

Spo is a David Matthews doppelgänger. Totally overrated too… they just got lucky because their shots were falling. If Spo was so good, why did the Nuggets make him their woman last year? The series was an embarrassing blemish on Spo's career.

Boston will respond and shoot lights out. They have always done that. Coaching is gonna make a difference on how you coach your guys based on what the refs are calling.
