It’s so fun listening to people who just ignore the major factor that the Mavs have that OKC doesn’t. Y’all talked about all the matchups etc but completely ignore how does OKC guard a Luka post up and Kyrie one pass away lmao. Mavs are going to abuse OKC with physicality on both sides of the ball. Can’t put Dort on Luka in the post he can back him down and shoot over him or get him in foul trouble can’t double Luka off Kyrie or he is wide open can’t send help from the low man because Luka will spin inside and lob it up to the big because OKC has no size outside of Chet which would be the help or if they over help and try to stop the lob it’s a wide open 3 in the corner or a drive and lob yet again.
Mondays are also for the Dunkers! Nekias, Steve, and JJ let’s hoop it up!

Helluva coaching matchup in the okc mavs series
I have such a strong feeling that Dallas will win it all this season. I haven’t felt this way since 2016, when Cleveland cameback from the 3-1 lead. They even have eerily similar type of players in their roster. This Mavs team made me feel like it was 2016 again lmao😂

Honestly I think Luka gets exposed by SGA, he gets blown by a lot and if you let Shai in the paint OKC is able to shoot the lights out. Most efficient 3 point shooting team in basketball. All okc needs is for Luka to not be efficient like he was against the clippers. The clippers just couldn’t punish Dallas like OKC will. Maxi being out is huge for okc. Exum and Hardaway have to go off bc those bigs aren’t gonna get their own shots. Okc has another advantage in just letting Dort be a menace. If okc drives and kicks like it wants, it’s gonna be a long series for Dallas. Luka and Kyrie should win this series though everything being equal, there’s just no excuse for Dallas. 2 of the best offensive players ever.

This entire Mavs talk is about what Dallas is going to do but completely ignore what we just saw what OKC did to BI and CJ. Clearly Luka and Kyrie are better talents but these are two guys that need do alot to get their shots off and theyre going against an OKC team that have 4-5 🔒 perimeter defenders (Wiggins, Wallace, Dort, Jdub and Shai) with Chet at the rim. Unless Chet is in foul trouble, Mavs are done in 5. Force Luka/Kyrie to beat OKC themselves while OKC torches the The Mavs guards while get alot of open 3s. They bring up Giddey being left alone like Mark hasnt shown to sit Giddey willingly for Isiah Joe, Wiggins or Cason Wallace if Giddey doesnt have it.
