  1. I've been saying this for a while, but there will come a time when people will say it's crazy that Pritchard wasn't starting for these Celtics. Dude is a baller.

  2. I really do love this podcast. Look forward to it every time I see it in my feed. The chemistry between Windy, Bontemps, and MacMahon is the best. It's not the same when they have guests.

  3. The Cavs not winning a series without LeBron in the last 30 years is an overused and overrated point.
Yeah, they haven’t won a series in the last 30 years, as long as you don’t count the 20 series they’ve won in the last 30 years.

  4. The 2.1 pts off every screen is wild considering that the most you can score in 1 possession is 4 (realistically 3) points.

  5. Tim Connelly didn't "try to replicate Denver", he built the Wolves to be better than Denver.

  6. That one year Andrew Wiggins was the second best player on a championship team. That all star berth was well deserved. For one year, he was worth every penny. I seem to remember someone on this pod calling it a checkbook championship for that reason, even though the rest of the key players on that team were all drafted by that team

  7. The Wolves realized that the Nuggets have little to no rim deterrence and that once Ant passes his man its wide open for a lay up. Jokic defensive faults are a problem in this series

  8. This is not the same Nuggets team as last year. They literally don't have a bench. Good luck beating Minnesota 4 times without a bench.

  9. I actually think game 2 in Denver should be quite a bit easier for Minnesota. They've now had time to acclimate to the altitude. We did see near the end of the 2nd quarter, ANT could barely cross half court because he was so tired near the end of the first half.

  10. Does anyone else get tired of Bontemps perpetual negativity? I understand he is being objective, but it’s okay to put a positive spin on things sometimes

  11. Jayson Tatum is 2nd in the league in offensive rating when he brings the ball up the court lmao they should of never shared that stat more ammunition for us in Top 5 players debates 🤣 another reason why Shai and Ant are not on Tatum level

  12. Why you keep lying about this stat Jayson Tatum had 50 & 40 vs Nets in the playoffs at age 22 it’s not “Only Kobe and Anthony Edwards” lmao like I keep saying Ant hasn’t done ANYTHING Tatum hasn’t but Tatum has done plenty that Ant hasn’t 😂

  13. I still don't know who's Mack 10. I know it ain't the rapper! Lol. Anyone can help?

  14. RUDY in his prime..KAT in his prime.. MCDANIELS 22yo.. Ant 23yo.. Mike Conley seasoned vet = dynasty

  15. Cavs will undoubtedly give Mobley a max, like they all do these days overpaying mostly mediocre-sometimes good young talent these days. I remember how media types like Bill Simmons hyped Mobley up as the next Kevin Garnett or some all-time great and said that he wouldn't trade him for anyone in the league. 3 years in I think we know what type of player he is and will be–good D, but average offensive repertoire, certainly no killer instinct or leadership. Someone like Ant should get the max, but not someone like Mobley. Banquero at his 2nd year is already better than him. But especially if Mitchell walks, they'll be more desperate to keep whatever assets they have.

Why would they play Porzingis in the Cavs series??? Celtics don't need him at all with Cavs–they'll keel over in 5 if they don't get swept. Cavs can't score outside of Mitchell, and Mobley can't defend the perimeter where Celtics excel. White will give Mitchell a hard time on both ends of the court. I'd save Porzingis until the Conf Finals if not later, and hope that he doesn't get hurt again (no better than 50/50 odds with him).

Finally, MacMahon will probably end up on America's Most Wanted one day for child abuse…:) It's always funny to hear him go off on a player or team in his Southern drawl; for some reason, he doesn't sound as annoying as Bontemps when he goes off.

  16. I'll give Mavs fans watching this podcast credit for optimism. I've heard it all season. The best part of the Cavs win is Bontemps having to spend 3 days in Cleveland. His next appearance from the toilet at Rocket Mortgage.
