  1. My only real disagreement is the notion that his value can’t go up from here. I think the avenue for him increasing his value is taking the same leap this summer that Dame did in 2018. Obviously not saying he has to be the same caliber of player, but there were times when he noticeably struggled with being blitzed. If he can get to the point of being comfortable playing out of those situations, I think his value can significantly increase. That’s the only reason I’d be hesitant to trade him now… he only turns 25 this summer so I feel confident he still has that leap in him that might not be reflected in his value now

  2. The fans have been waiting for this dude to develop. 6 years! Trade him and get back another piece to the puzzle. There are cheaper versions of him that have the height and muscle to contend on the defensive end. We have seen this before shoot the three and still doesn’t get back on D, Same thing Milwaukee is seeing, same thing Atlanta is seeing with Young.

  3. There’s this super weird part of blazers fans that want him traded so bad. He’s so fucking good. If he has a consistent healthy season he’s averaging 25 & 5 but some how blazers fans are delusional and want to rid this team of talent. I don’t care if he is in scoots way right now. Frankly, Scoot is ass right now and needs a lot more time to develop. Let ant cook, get his trade value up higher, and then decide which direction you want to go.

  4. idk if you have more sponsors waiting for you to say yes to them but if you do you should swap with better help. not a real therapy source mike

  5. If he would stay healthy of course we should want him here. I'm torn on what to do, I want Sharpe to get as much playing time as possible because I think SS could be like a Ja Morant type player. Simons would be a great 6th man and I think that role suits him best

  6. I think its being glossed over just how much having bad teammates hurt Anfernee. He was top 5 in the league in off ball gravity and on ball gravity. That alone is insane. After December, teams started blitzing him hard and he struggled with that, but a large part of that is having horrible spacing around him so whoever he kicked it to off the blitz would just miss their shots, which led to him feeling like he had to force it to score. I think he’s a lot better than people think, it even took Dame years before he was able to learn how to fight thru the blitz. I don’t think blazers should trade a guy with that much gravity. There is absolutely no guarantee Scoot pans out, and if u trade anfernee and scoot doesn’t you’re left with a massive hole

  7. Portland is all in on Scoot. Ewing theory with the Blazers says if you trade Ant, you get better! Scoot and Shae are going to be a craaaazy backcourt.
