  1. 3 "A" grades & still couldn't make the playoffs I don't know about that one maybe sabonis & monk but I think fox more like a "B" he shot the 3 ball way too much in my mind he should study brunson & get back to attacking the rim more

  2. Minaj and sabonis I give “A’s” but fox I gotta give a “B”. For all the reasons you went over the lack of focus and inconsistencies during the dog days of the season, freethrows, etc. I honestly think if fox puts his all into it he can be an MVP candidate.

  3. The idea that mike brown was only playing his 3rd best player 25 min a game is ludicrous and absolutely fire worthy… absolutely outrageous how stupid that is …we deserve to have him leave after that 🗑 i understand the need for a bench initiator but wtf is wrong with this organization in even the basic concepts of basketball?? And why tf can't any of the stars who close shoot better than 75 percent from the line …. that is terrible

  4. Domas deserves an A+. He had the kind of season where, if it wasn't a fluke and the Kings manage to make it far enough in the playoffs to break the BS narrative around him as a "stat-padder", he likely just stamped his ticket to being half of the first father/son duo in the HoF.

I'd give Fox an A-, mostly for his defensive leap and for the highs of the season. Hopefully he can get more consistent and return to driving to the basket more often going forward, but it's hard to be too unhappy with him.

Monk gets an A, he was the best sixth man in the league despite what award voting showed and his injury is what derailed the Kings' season at the end.

Actually, I'm going to round out the top six players.

Keegan gets a B+, the offensive slump is worrying but hot damn his defensive progression is promising. I still believe in the Kawhi-esque leap going forward, too.

Huerter gets a C+, he spent so much of the season so cold that it's hard to even give him that, but he did still have flashes of good.

Barnes gets a D. He had a few great games that looked like what he built his career up to this point on, but most of the time he was a non-threat offensively and a traffic cone defensively. He also kept being tossed potential game-winning shots that he didn't seal the deal on, which didn't help him in my eyes.

  5. I'm not a fan of giving As to individuals whether it's sports, project accomplishments, marketing sales…if said individuals cannot deliver on the milestones. As for the Sacramento Kings, if I remember correctly the milestone for 2023-2024 is to get past the first round. They did worst, they did not even get into the playoffs. If you are the leader or leaders of the team, your grade should reflect the performance of the team. If your team did not make the playoffs when the expectation is getting past the first round, then what should that grade be?
