  1. Y’all jokic fan boys kill me. He def cares stop this “he don’t care shit” bro just getting ass whooped so shred him accordingly until he shows up. This is ridiculous.

  2. If Nuggets had a real coach they would put same presure od T-w team; its common thing in euroleauge but playing agresive defence is new standard to nba playoffs😂 so, they have to do same effort and it will be same result, ugly but brings results, but ngts are low effort, acting like dynasty😂 especially low stat players, like jamal, is now clear why is he not all star🎉 he is not for nba, ok yes but like hornets team, g leauge/his leauge; bravo to author, best cast

  3. It almost felt as if Denver didn't want to win, it was surreal. As a fan, that game broke me. Although, I like and respect their team. I admire their defense and how they play. If they beat us (and it's looking like that) I want them to win the ring. Great commentary by the way. I'm not mad at you at all, you were speaking truth.

  4. When when talking about the “charge” KAT supposedly committed are we not mentioning a couple minutes before when Jokic ran over I think KAT or someone else in a similar way? It’s only ok when Denver does it? Malone didn’t freak out when it was his player doing it. Which Jokic does all the time.

  5. Jokic character is not a leader, even when he was totally dominating last year play-offs he said "Jamal is our leader" and "Aaron is the soul of our team". Why Jokic always starts slow, because he wants to put others in front, and later switches on to bail out the team. His dominance comes from amazing talent, iq and work ethics. He is not guilty that we and his front office push him to be leader and best player in the world bla bla, when he himself said there are bunch of guys in nba above him. When somebody is pushed over long stretch of time where he does not want to be, boredom and burned out is logical consequence. Loosing motivation, It is strange how he responded on motivation question during the press. If this lack of winning does not motivate him to again work hard for it, I would not be surprised he retires early and enjoy his family and horses in Serbia.

  6. Hey Jokic’s indifference in his post game interview speaks to Jokic’s regular season mentality. Jokic played his best and did his best to uplift his teammates to the highest level. It didn’t work out tonight but Jokic will still try his best in then next few games and in the regular season next year. I bet Nuggets dominate the wolves in the regular season next year

  7. Murray being a child ruined the series from a watch ability standpoint. Making it about him breaks the fun immersion

  8. Why not celebrate the twolves awesomeness instead of complain about Denver's suckiness lol

  9. T-Wolves are too huge " size-wise" for Denver & then you toss in the super-star talent of ANT. Another monster piece is Reid . If the bench/roll players keep nailing key 3's … nobody will stop the T-Wolves

  10. every great except hakeem has had a series like this. this is jokic's 1st. he might turn it around he might not. but let's not act like this is such a huge stain on his legacy. jokic will be fine. he's always been apathetic.

  11. This is what happens to a team whose leader rather go play with his horses instead of taking the game seriously. Got his championship and said "the job is done". Came easy to them, got arrogant, then figured out , now they're throwing things on the court. Frontrunners.

  12. I’m a big Nuggets fan, but this post season they just aren’t playing good basketball. Very frustrated how passive Jokic has been. Sometimes I think he wants to lose on purpose so he can go home. I don’t think he wants to be considered as the best player. Always love your podcast and can expect to get an honest opinion and analysis unlike most shows who only talk about the nuggets when it’s negative.

  13. Lebron fans all talk like they graduated from MIT. It’s all numbers and percentages lol nothing else.

  14. Last year, Denver got a favorable playoff seed and played good ball. That got them to good team status. But because they swept the Lakers in the WCF, everyone elevated them to this Finals juggernaut that is flirting with being a dynasty. Slow your roll..a very good team got lucky. Even Malone admitted last year that had Minnesota had Naz and McDaniel it would have Ben much more in doubt.

  15. Im a huge Nuggets fan Jokic fan. Your take absolutely nailed down what my frustration is as a fan. Back in the Lakers series I was wondering why he was passing out of so many one on one situations with AD when he’s shown in the past that AD can’t stop him. I’ve been waiting since game 3 of the first round for him to put up 40+ points because it’s looked like what’s needed. A lot easier to forgive when the team wins, but when the team loses and loses in the fashion they have against the Wolves his performance stands out. And it trickles down to the rest of the team. I saw a team that lacked the confidence to shoot and instead we’re making the dumbest riskiest passes. It’s starts with Jokic. A real Nuggets fan who has been watching can’t be mad at you perfectly articulating the issue. I knew this was a series we could lose but I expected to see some right. I expected them to play like they have in the past when their back is against the wall. Our franchise had never won a championship and could never boast that we had the best player in the world before Jokic.
After everything he’s done for us the only thing he could do to truly hurt the fans is not give a fuck. But maybe he never has. It’s such a mind fuck because he’s said basketball isn’t that important to him in the past but I refuse to belief that anyone can reach the level of greatness he has without being a competitor and working your ass off. It’s super weird, confusing, and disappointing to see the way he’s shown up in these playoffs. Damn. I wrote way more than I wanted to. Anyway, great analysis as always.

  16. Refs aren't calling shit in this series either way, but that completely favors the Wolves because they are the more physical team and they don't care. Nuggets are all about ball movement and the Wolves are gumming up the offense. Also Reed is playing so far over his head its laughable.

  17. Jokic is Jokic. Don’t expect him “to say the right things, the American way”. He says simply what he thinks, something Americans should get used to. Also last years Denver had a better bench so it’s not the same team

  18. The reality is that the Timberwolves are just better than the Nuggets this year. DEN can play better and fight harder, but they will still lose if MIN plays their best. Those are just the facts. I don't have any less respect for them for losing to the better team.

  19. As a Serbian and Jokic fan i 200% agree with Jason take. Unfortunately its very possible that Jokic just does not care. In Serbia a lot of people dislike him as he is flaky when comes to plating for national team. Guy seems like he has different priorities in life and it shows. Again probably he achieved everything he wanted, got mega money and now, he is still playing hard , but going thru adversity nah seems like he dont care

  20. Man this is embarrassing for the “best player in the world” and defending champs. It’s one thing to lose, it’s another to get plunked

  21. I think Nikola is homesick. He just wants to go home and hang with his horses. He probably has more money than he'll ever need. He's in a foreign country where the people are very different from those where he grew up. The NBA may not be the big thing to him that it is to us …
