This trade was a brilliant move for the Wolves. Mike Conley brings invaluable experience and leadership to the team, far surpassing D’Angelo Russell’s contribution. Plus, acquiring Nickeil Alexander-Walker has been an absolute steal, with his outstanding performance on both ends of the court. Tim Connelly orchestrated a masterpiece with this trade, not to mention the added benefit of the 2nd round picks. While much discussion revolves around the Rudy Gobert trade and its team impact, I really believe this particular move also deserves recognition as an elite decision that often goes overlooked by the media.

If I had to watch dlo sling one more pass into rudys ankles I was going to explode.
And to think, I thought the Wolves were getting fleeced since they couldn’t even get a first for Dlo.

The only thing I was upset about with this trade is that we traded Vando, but this entire trade just couldn’t have turned out any better for us.
