These so call media people sure spend alot of time complaining when its the knicks but overlook every other times teams was getting calls . Especially go back to when the knicks sucked , how come knicks wasn't getting calls then ?
As a Knicks fan, that screen definitely shouldn't have been called, but referees have to call more moving screens in general if they want to call them at the end of games. Blatant ones happen constantly without getting called. If they got called more, players would be more careful not to do it, and you wouldn't have as many situations like this.
Theses media host had money on the knicks losing thats why their repetitive takes is a sign on lost money .

Start fining refs or suspending them when they reach a certain amount of incorrect calls. They should get a limit of how many, and get punished when they go over.
There is no consistency and no checks and balances for refs. They just can do whatever they want, and have no consequences at all. And no reason to improve.
Or if you're not gonna do that, give coaches more challenges to clean up the mess these refs are making.
Why dont they have a outside person watching the game correcting missed calls by referee's that was not a kick ball obviously
Pacers need to play just as physical and if the refs call ticky tack fouls, you just fould harder and take out a refs knee Alex Smith compound fracture take him out behind the Garden and out him down broken leg
That was a different referee in position who didn't call the divincenzo hold on the screen but he was the same referee that called a kick ball in the same sequence
This isn’t the”human element” of sport, this is the very nature of the game that you guys overhype. To have multiple entire segments on referee calls shows that there is something wrong with the way you cover sports. ESPN is 90 percent gossip about referees, free agents, draft picks and gambling. None of that has anything to do with athletic accomplishments, which should be the only reason we do sports.
I have a simple solution: start covering track and field so that your network has a solid athletic base to anchor all the gossip sports. Track and field has no referee calls that change the outcome, either you win or you don’t. It also has the best athletes in the world, which I would think a sports network would want to cover. Just ask RGIII about that.
And take all gambling off the air, gambling ruins sports.
