  1. Reminder that Giannis couldn’t walk without a noticeable limp for at least 3 weeks post injury.

def a little hitch in that giddyup, but looking good

  3. A-Confused-Comet

It doesn’t seem entirely there yet but hopefully by ECF game 1 or 2

  4. northeasternlurker

That’s definitely not a normal walk, but making progress

  5. _---__________---_

Seems to have a slight limp but it’s good to know that he’ll be back soon

  6. wolf_tree

Great, great…bubble wrap him until the finals.

Walking normally is a crazy conclusion to draw from this

I have the same injury that KP does. Mind you, I don’t have top of the line PT to treat me. But I could walk normally after a week or two some what. But to this point I still can’t run without discomfort. I know it might be apples and oranges, but my point is just because he can walk does not mean he is close to playing. We also should not need him to win this in 5 max.

    EDIT:

I injured mine at the end of march. doctor said it could 6 weeks to run again.

Let him get as ready as he can. We don’t need him against Cleveland

  10. jonesy289

We don’t need him for Cleveland series. Rest this man up for the ECF

  11. GrayBox1313

This good. Hopefully we wont need him this series

  12. RCP90sKid

If the team I saw last night plays the Cs the next three games, let KP sit. Hell, lose a game and give him more rest.

  13. Efficient_Art_1144

Ya know what I say blow out the cab’s three more times with him on the bench and let him rest

  14. iAm-Tyson

Yeah he’s not 100%, he’s gingerly walking on that leg.

I don’t think we need him for Cleveland, although it’s being undersold how big Jarret Allen will be when he returns. KP likely doesn’t change that Mobley/Allen would dominate the glass as those two together are two of the best rebounders in the NBA. The Cavs are bad in offense so that’s why we don’t miss him.

Where we would need KP is in the ECF especially if NY manages to get out of that series now that they don’t have Mitchel we can really dominate them on the glass and eliminate the one thing that do that keeps them in games which is rebounding. KP would be the difference in us sweeping the Knicks over a frustrating 6 game series because they’re just ridiculously pesky.

Right leg says different he’s still hurt he can sit this series out Donovan Mitchell can’t beat us alone Darius is a choke artist can’t play consistent at all

I don’t care if he got cleared this very second. He shouldn’t play in this series until and unless the Cavs win 2 games. Same thing for next series.

  17. andhemac

Can we agree we don’t need to see him in this series if he’s not 100%…I have a hard time
Imagining the team struggling much against the cavs team even without him

  18. jameshoneybadger

They won by 25 last night. Rest this man !!!

  19. shuzkaakra

weird headline, he’s definitely not walking normally. There’s a pretty obvious hitch in his gait.

Hope for a speedy recovery 🙂

Calve strains are so tricky and reinjure easily. Be easy big fella

  21. PrometheusAborted

That’s definitely not “normal” but still great to see. Take the week (at the minimum) off, big fella. We most certainly will need you down the road.
