It is what it is. I absolutely felt like Shai should have won. The competitive West and consistency of Thunder. Shai as a leader and also the chemistry of the team. Everything about this season tells me we have an MVP on this team. Congratulations to Joker tho for making history. 15 people giving him 1st place is a huge mark of respect given the seasons both Jokic and Doncic had. Jokic had 26.4/12.4/9.4 and shot over 58% from the floor. However you cut it, that’s an absolutely remarkable season. And 15 out of 99 voters thought SGA was a better pick for MVP over that season? That is not a snub in any sense at all.
