The Sixers need to draft young players be developed them. Embiid is a big investment, but long term winning is important also.

Paul George, another old all star who vanishes in the play-offs and the sixers want to give him up to 200 million. I rather go get 26-year-old Miles Bridges, a young dog and a solid back up rebounding center Nick Claxton or Andre Drummond. The sixers are suffering from a condition called (the Methuselah effect) they only see old all star and think they can only help them.

I got a flashback of the early 80s sixers doing the same thing until Moses Malone was signed. The first game he played, he knocked a guard down driving in the lane, and Moses stepped over that player like a piece of rubbish. You all know what happened that year.

Paul George is top ten right now. When he played with Doc, he was really good. Doc had them running pindowns and all types of sets. The problem is I don't believe Sixers have enough plays to run for Paul.

I don't like John Mitchell saying to draft Bronny. Everything came with a if. It was if LeBron come here this and that. Do you know the outcry that will hit our organization if we drafted the young bul and LeBron didn't come. Morey would be fired and never get a job again. I'm not taking that huge ass risk
If the Sixers draft Bronny, you know LBJ is coming. If not, zero chance he is a Sixer.
I can see them signing Miles Bridges. Bringing in a PG via FA or a trade. They could offer a starting role to CP3, and platoon him. And then spend on role players.
If it is PG13, 49M starting salary. You won’t have much to spend around him. Need to move Bball and get a legit backup Center. Need a PG. A stretch 4.
I don’t like the word soft although I do believe I understand what he is saying. Your body gets a vote and there is a difference between being unable to mix it up and unwilling. I think soft used correctly, best describes the latter.
The one thing that worries me about Joel is that he may be a bit emotionally vulnerable. That when things look bad and maybe his worst nightmares are playing out, he begins to disengage. He’s done too many hard things in his life to be considered a “quitter”, but if you are susceptible to negative emotions that flood can come hard and you can find yourself drowning without warning. His emotions look to me to dictate his demeanor and you can see what version you are getting at any moment.
Last thing on Paul George. It’s worth listening to everyone’s opinion about the guy and finding the patterns that hold across all of them. I have no idea what to think of him but I can’t help notice that in the same conversation someone can point to Harden as the cause of the Clippers failure but then want to bring in Paul George. If that became James’s team, then that’s something I have to make note of when trying to piece together the story that is Paul George.

I don't know, I think all the good players are taken. I want good players like Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Cam Payne keep. Andre Drummond I don't know, we need players to step up when Embiid is hurt because that is our concern is he going to be healthy next year? Maybe Seth Curry I don't know but we are talking about Daryl Morey that is the concerning part.
