Luka plays in "Dog Years"… he's only what 25… but plays like he's in his late 30's….and Ky… he almost there too…they have "OLD-Legs"… Thunder.. are YOUNG BUCKS!!!! And they aint stopping any time soon.. it's night-and-day!
It all comes down to rebounds and loose balls. They are going to get shots, there’s nothing more we can do about it. But take away the second chance shots and we have this locked up!
My bold prediction is that it is going to be a good basketball game between two good basketball teams.

Would like to see them start Cason over Giddey. Could have him guard Kyrie and that would let JDub be able to put more energy to offense.

Okc has figured out that they can put the fear in kyrie so he won't step up. Then that can beat the fk out of luka!!! Kyrie can't play in a physical game
I think OKC comes out hot from 3, gets 15+ point lead going into the 4th, withstand the Dallas run and Thunder win by 6.
Luka to sulk and complain about everything is the only sure bet in this series.

Honestly, I think Dallas being in foul trouble had a lot to do with the offensive surge surge in the 4th. SGA was hunting Kyrie down the stretch after he picked up his 5th. If Kyrie fouled out Dallas was cooked considering Luka’s play, so it seemed like he was doing his best to contest without any chance of fouling.
How anyone could watch that game & believe anything was figured out is beyond me. It was an abomination of a game, Shai finally showed up in the 4th quarter and the Mavs paid.
I’ve been thinking of the similarity of Josh’s situation with Jalen Brunson. The Mavs could have signed him, but obviously blew it. They prioritized Finney-Smith, who to me is just a decent player.
Brunson was 25 at the time, or almost 4 years older than Josh. If Sam is willing to trade him, I doubt if other teams will pay up for him and what if really develops like Brunson? I still believe he will be a star.
Could the reluctance to bench Giddey be due to the desire to uphold his trade value?
If he gets benched, wouldn’t that affect his trade value this off-season?

As a Mavs fan, i felt like when we didn't pull off in the 3rd & make it a 20 point lead, Okc was gonna come bacc. Luka started playing wreckless & it was over with, imo.
Josh Giddey needs limited him to 10-12 minutes off the bench at the end of quarters .
To be fair. The mavs missed 12 FTs in a game they lost by 4. Even if they made half of what they missed, they would have won. So I don't think it's really figured out really. Game 5 is pivotal though.
