I wonder if portland would be interested in Hardy. Hardy and a 1st for Deni. He can legitimately play 2-5 and can handle the ball as a point if needed

Trade Hardy last year he was on the radar for some teams and right now his trade stock is getting better
Trade Hardy, Kleber and Powell if possible, In exchange for a Decent Power Forward.
Mavs trying to turn Hardy into a point Guard is ruining his trade stock. He isn't a point Guard because his handle is suspect and as a scorer its more about 3pt shooting as he is also streaky on that front.

Not sure that I rate Exum ahead of Dinwiddie as PG. Neither a difference maker as a starter. Both of value off the bench with 10-15 minutes.

Unfortunately someone decent has to go with Maxi. No team will take him
by himself out of Grimes and Hardy it just has to be Hardy. Maybe try to get him back in the future or something but right now Maxi is Trash and I have no idea why Kidd keeps playing him.

Its just been a shame, so much hype for this year and we havent barely even seen our stars play. I feel bad for Klay, i dont think this is what he signed up for.
