  1. Keep Bam, Ware, Davion…… Everybody else should be on the block. We won’t find another center better than Ware for his salary. Plus he will be developed and become better each year. He has the potential to become a top 10 center in the league 2 years from now. Plus, we drafted him.

  2. Great show fellas…so…don’t we have enough to actually get both KD & Trae Young? They are both the best bargain available stars…and they both fit exactly what we need…I say we come off Herro now…and get those 2…who we give and who we keep would be the question…if Herro is in the trade then we save assets…Trae Young, Mitchell, KD, Bam & Ware…can we make these trades and what could we keep as a bench behind this 5 doing so…oh and don’t be surprised if Lebron ask out…return of the king is good content…

  3. We don’t have a crafty enough front office to fix our team this off season. You never see us jumping into other trades grabbing second round picks like you see the best front offices do. We just get tunnel vision on one guy, and none of the guys being mentioned are the one guy that gets this franchise right for the present and future.

I promise you, if we try to take s step forward we will only end up on the higher end of mediocrity at best. The right thing to do is trade Bam and Wiggins, possibly Tyler as well, for picks and young pieces with high upside to pair with Ware, Jovic, and the rest of our youngins. Taking the step back is the best way forward in our position.

Try to get Kuminga or Jaden Ivey…players like that who could reasonably have a breakout year coming up and won’t cost us everything we have.

  4. Miami refusal to tank is big reason why we never have any tradeable assets, that and falling in love with home grown role players who can easily be replaced and refusing to deal them when they have value just so they eventually leave for the bag.

Miami needs to trade Herro for assets not for a superstar, stockpile those assets so they can be flipped much later on, since we own our 2026 pick and traded the only player that keeps offense afloat we will be really bad. Have guys like Jaime, Jovic, Ware, Wigs, Duncan, terryable get lots of minutes so their stats are inflated, if they play well trade them by allstar break for more assets. Pray we get a top 5 pick and draft a raw crazy athletic player, from there you either trade all accumulated assets for a big star, luck out in 2026 free agency, go OKC route and tank and draft raw crazy talented players or like typical Heat fashion do non of above and stay mid with no actual plan.
