Adelman, what happened to โplaying the hot handโ? Second game in a row you chose Bruce over Pickett.
I hope people realize that outside of the Nuggets never being good in non-Jokiฤ minutes during his entire MVP era, we also need to acknowledge that Jokiฤ has never had a true tier-1 coach (Kerr, Mazzulla, Udoka, Daigneault, Popovich, Spoelstra). Those coaches know how to generate positive minutes without their #1 option on the floor.
The Kroenkes have also been disappointing with their management โ always looking for โvalueโ and profit in most things.. like not getting a 10-day contract center for rebounding and other VITAL purposes.
The same people screaming to retain Watson and keep him at all cost, are the same people crying about CBs contract. Watson joined Klutch and they told him โget your stats.โ Watson is levels worse on defense compared to last year. Trasde Watson while his stock is high, in a package with Zeke, etc.
We cannot give up on building a team that can hopefully one day be positive with Jokiฤ off the court.
I do belive Christian Braun can get back to his great season form he had last year, he was really really good.
I only trust our FO, Jamal, AG, and Jokiฤ of course. The rest is exchangeable[And that includes the ownership]

Hey at least they were able to trade MPJ for… checks notes Cam Johnson (injured, having a bad season), Valancunius (injured, only plays 7 minutes a game), Bruce Brown (terrible season) and THJ (vet minimum so didn't actually need to trade MPJ to sign in). Borat voice GREAT SUCCESS ๐

Dev: "Braun is like Jokic……he's asked not to do too many things"? LOL!! Have you been watching Nuggets basketball the last 6 or years? I guess they're both white, but Jokic is asked to do a helluva lot. This panel, by and large, consistently is overrating Watson. Yeah, he's scored 20 3 straight games…as the injuries are allowing him more shots, he's getting open looks as they sell out on Murray, and he seems to be actively trying to improve his stats on occasion (judging by some of his shot selection). We can debate whether Braun's contract amount was a good idea….but by the way the DNVR talk they'd have been happy with Watson getting such a contract…which I think would be a major mistake. His defense this season, BTW, actually looks worse.

Zeke has been looking more tradeable lately imo. He still doesnโt look like 8m but maybe if we package hime with strawther or picket we could get a little return and save a little money, still may need a 2nd or something but I could see it getting done if his minutes still look serviceable through this stretch.

I wouldโve rather sat Braun and Gordon. The younger guys were playing hard last game. Defense looked slow and still killing us.
I love Murray, but Iโd trade him for the right person. Really Iโd rather trade Braun and Johnson plus for a star. Move up pwat. Braun isnโt a needle mover only a good role player, same for Johnson. Let Gordon rest, they brought him in too early. WE NEED A TRADE!! Yeah we will be better but the non Jokic min will still be a problem. Oh and Adelman isnโt the guy. Iโd still rather have Russ, mpj, and our real coach who won us a championship.
