I don’t want to make a play for Giannis with his going price. I like what we’re building and where we’re going. I don’t want to mess with that to trade for an aging Giannis, no matter how incredibly he is right now.

Unless Giannis agrees to an extension I don’t want anything to do with him. We would basically set ourselves back 5 years and still wouldn’t be good enough to win a championship. If he is willing to resign give MIL anything they want.

My bet is they will wait until summer to trade Giannis. He probably will sit the rest of the season.
It's hard to imagine Jrue, Dame and Giannis all staying healthy enough to win a championship.

I've been one of the pro-Sharpe fans that wanted to max his talent here; but I've also noticed his eyes that has looked like he's a toker and is the cause of his decision-making snafus; he's also somewhat incompatible with Deni. With that in mind, I now think he's expendable to acquire Giannis.
Don't want Giannis as a rental, no thanks. Also wish our best player wasn't an ex-IDF Solider either. Not loving the current Blazers situation…
If the Blazers could pull off the Giannis trade while keeping Deni, this would be a top 4 team. Go for it!
