QP could still play and be draymond backup at the 4 to stretch the floor. They can run bigger lineups with dray at the 3 QP or KP at the 4 and horford at the 5. Plenty of stretch bigs. Will open up lane for curry and melton.

they need to trade jimmy before the deadline, or else they might be better off tanking
KP is on an expiring contract btw. That gives us a little flexibility this offseason. And maybe he'll resign with us for a reasonable sized contract in the offseason. The team is clearly looking towards getting one last title when Jimmy comes back.
