Isn't it convenient that Finley when the Kings have a chance to get the first over All draft pick for tanking then the NBA wants to change the rules
tanking is losing games we shoulda won. we ain't good enough even w all our individual talent to beat anyone
we started tanking when Keegan was injured to start the season
