Yes, Kawhi was on the team when they were 6-21. However, he did miss 10 games and then was on minute restrictions in that time. Check what happened after the minute restrictions.
1:50 Kawhi was not on the team though. He got injured and Clips went 2-8. When he came back he was on minutes restriction for 5 games and Clips lost them all. Since then, Clips are 29-16, good enough for 3rd place right now.
