Yep it always dumb to bet on yourself especially when you’re always hurt. 100 million with probably 70 guaranteed wasn’t a bad deal for 5 years. Hes not getting more on open market. If I was rockets they could have guaranteed contract through incentives for games played and whatever else they wanna add. Maybe even let him have a mutual option out after year 3.
Jason will be fine. My guess is he still gets 22 to 24 mill a year.
