  1. I know JK has to gel w the team for chemistry but can't nail a specific reason why offensively it seems like when he catches the ball its always out of position to pass, shoot or drive. The angles seems to be misaligned and forces him into an akward iso drive. OO has played like he needs a brake for the past few games. Battling those bigs have worn down those legs, should give him the night off tomorrow. Activate 6/7 and Koloko.

  2. I think the key turning point for me is when CJ took an ill advised three from way outside the line after forcing a turnover with around 3 minutes to go down 4. Badly managed game by Quinn. We needed JK big time for the Hawks to win this one.

  3. The last couple games show that CJ cannot be higher than a #3 on a playoff team that wants to win. He takes too many shots and is a defense is a liability

  4. Man I don't know what's up with these Atlanta Hawks they got all them good players and their defense sucks a.. they literally let Payton Pritchard beat the whole team. Boston didn't even have their star player y'all got all your star players on the floor I mean like where is the defense at? Y'all out there just slugging your feet around move your feet around play some defense disgusting 🤮. You're not going to win no games with a passive point guard CJ McCollum plays way too passive on defense and offense he needs to get aggressive on defense and offense, He just scored like 50 sumthin points not too long ago with the Wizards. 🤔

  5. JK has been trash last 2 games. Give kispert back the mins they giving JK. And again we had to play most of the game without OO and his 3 point shooting

  6. Got to learn, how to play, with a lead, against contenders. I enjoy watching this, new Hawks team… Go Hawks and rise up Atlanta..

  7. They lost to a team without Jaylen Brown! Hawks almost lost to Detroit without their best player! Hawks are a 5 or 6 seed! Getting into the playoffs is nice! But sorry to say they will get knocked out in the first round! You play your five best players, and the Hawks are not.
Hawks are not athletic enough, period. I sure hope I am wrong! Go Hawks! Onyeka

Okongwu 8 pts in 38 minutes that is really bad! He should not start! CJ guard had 2 assists in 34 minutes.

  8. I think I speak for the anti-OO community when I say I don't think the rebounding is his biggest issue. I've just been really unimpressed by his slow feet and lack of size in the last 5 games. Against Houston and Detroit, he was both too slow and too small to guard Duren or Sengun, making both of those matchups extremely difficult for us. Against Boston today, he's again much to slow to guard Tatum in space and doesn't provide a real threat as a role man on the offensive end against a big like Queta. I'll need to see it in a playoff series, but against the best teams he frequently seems like our biggest hole defensively.

  9. How in the…h….do you lose a J.Brownless game…and you win the turnover battle 15-4???? KUMINGA….the THRILL is GONE!!! When he missed that 1 foot left handed..uncontested shot early on..when Boston went scoreless pretty much for 6 minutes..I just KNEW..that was going to come back and bite us! We should have been up by 25 early on….All this does is play into the medias hands that the Hawks aren't taken seriously…WHAT a TEASE!!! A REAL BLOWN opportunity..!.UNFORTUNATELY….the whole KUMINGA…buzz….just smacked into a BRICK WALL! GOTTA suck it up now….WITH the HORNETS showing REAL BUZZ…I don't want any part of the play-in! Hoping now and PRAYING that the CAVS lock up that #4 seed…and that's the spot they really want… to stay out of the Bost/NY..bracket…will UNDOUBTEDLY rest players in those final 2 games against the Hawks and I'm hoping that the HEAT are LOCKED into the 10th seed when we play them in that last game. WE need wins…I'll take them any way I can get them. C'MON HAWKS!

  10. 1 last thing…IS there anybody on the planet that would have traded LUKE for Gabe?????? What a HORRIFIC..trade! You give away 1 of the best 3 point shooters in the WORLD for Gabe and a 2nd rounder????? Why the hell did we sign him in the off-season then and trade him when he was HEALTHY(which has always been his biggest concern) and when he was playing LIGHTS OUT! STILL pissed about that!

  11. Hey Brad…if I told you the Hawks won the turnover battle 15-4…they had no Jaylen Brown and it took Tatum 24 shots to get 26 points…what would you have predicted?

  12. I hope we really go after a I Hart or Mitchell Robinson in the off season or draft someone like Chris Cenac with that later 1st round pick

  13. They had no Jaylen Brown, but obvious Quinn did not get the memo or the scouting report. You basically let Pritchard beat you single handedly. Yes, they had Tatum, but he was desperately trying to get his game back, along with a lot of home cooking from the refs. Besides that, the Hawks have a discipline problem and not a talent problem. You know this because you continue to get big leads and blow them. Quinn, as for you, your staff has to understand how to make in-game and halftime adjustment to see what teams are doing to you in order to keep making these individual runs. I know the NBA makes runs, but teams seem to make them on the Hawks at the same times and in critical moments. If you don't fix this, the Hawks may still face a playin loss or an easy first round out.
