  1. Yes on Kidd. On both coaching and GM. Billy hasn’t been great. AK has been even worse. That’s the only flaw in your argument: AK has to go.

  2. In 2026, no one in the NBA will be hired as an HC and a GM.

I like Kidd, but he isn't what we need. We need a young, up-and-coming development coach.

  3. I think J. Kidd would be a huge improvement over what we currently have. He won as a player and as an assistant coach, his basketball IQ is legendary and he knows both sides of the ball very well. His track record is better than anyone we've had since Phil Jackson technically. Thibs is a great coach as well, but he still doesn't seem to know when to sub folks out the game. I'd be cool with a J. Kidd experiment.

  4. I really like Steinbach too. I think his rebounding is beyond elite. Cenac is good rebounder, but Steinbach is elite. And since he is 220 now, you could see him easily get to 235 or 240 eventually.
I like him and Burries. Those are the guys I am looking at (assuming none of the top 8 fall).

  5. J Kidd mentoring Josh giddy who play styles mimic each other minus the defense is a match I’m all for.

  6. No thanks on JKidd. I like him for development but that doesn’t have a good track record in this league anyways for doing both. It’s usually better to have separate GM & coach. Just my thoughts tho

  7. Won't matter who the coach is there is no talent. They're building the team around Matas and Giddey

  8. When it comes to GM hires that's out of my paygrade. All I know is management results and failures. AKME has been a complete failure. The worst management duo in Bulls history.

  9. I’d rather have Jason Kidd do the coaching & GM role than just hiring a coach w/ same front office

  10. Yall cooking with thy his Hannes Steinbeck spotlight 🔥. 2 other secret gems noone is talking about are Karim Lopez (hannes w/ guard skills) and Dash Daniels the best in ball defender not named Yaxel and hes Dyson's little bro. Dyson has elite level defense and is a potential 3 level scorer but hes 18 y/o so he got OPTIONS 😂

  11. For me, a high ceiling player is someone that does a lot: handles, shooting, passing, but has lots of room to improve.
Specialists don't have such high ceilings, and of course fast learners have a big advantage in reaching their ceilings.
I like Steinbach's ceiling, he plays big in college, but has a skill set, I think he's a very high ceiling player that can come in and get minutes right away.
He can shoot 3s, attack a close out, he can even face up and hit a middy like Duncan.
Usually in college he's banging down low, but look closer, he has moments where he displays a surprising amount of skill.
If he keeps getting better, his skill set could be impressive as a pro.
