  1. Have a feeling the next step will be firing Mosley and replacing him with a more veteran coach (i.e. Tom Thibodeau or Mike Malone) to try and see if some tough love and experience can get them to the next level

  2. The magic need to trade franz for Dillion brooks and other good defensive role players brooks makes any tanking team or below average mid team to a legit playoff team every time he gets traded to them and there expected to be bad 😭

  3. To me there is alot of big reasons why Orlando is falling at their rebuilding

1st Paolo banchero was pressured to be a 1 scoring option given the fact he is the 1st pick of the 2022 draft as a 20 year old winning roty and all star game selection but since then he has not yet progressed to improve his shooting and his defense

2nd injuries play that role when it comes losing their important core pieces banchero suggs and Franz Wagner plus alot of important players it made their offense really weak

3rd there is jamahl Mosley and banchero tensions over the rotation and Paolo's role when there is big key players coming around or Wagner becoming a true franchise player it made Paolo take fewer shots

  4. This happens all the time.

Bad team has 2 round 1 exits in a row and the coach gets fired and everyone freaks out.

If the pistons get a round 1 exits next year will be the same thing like the magic now!

  5. Orlando needs a legitimate PG to run their offense and hopefully one that can actually shoot.

  6. The day Paolo realizes that he is more of a Chris Bosh/Amare Stoudemire archetype player and not a Carmelo Anthony/Tracy McGrady will be the day we truly see Paolo flourish. He needs to use his body and size more and play big. Not settle for these damn mid range fadeaways

  7. Orlando had Shaq, penny, Dwight and tmac. Built the teams they were supposed to build on paper every-time they rebuilt and still can’t get over that hump.

  8. That trade was completely nonsensical. Giving away so much for a decent player set them so much back. They should've tried the opposite – trade Paolo and/or Franz (preferably Paolo than Franz) for bunch of picks and a role player or two.

  9. Orlando needs the grizzlies coach
They have a team without a real star but tons of good players but no coach or system to actually use this strength

They use paolo as a superstar which he just isnt

  10. The offense has been disgusting to watch for the past 3 years. I don't know why they didn't fire Moze last year… The most obvious and simplest answer is fire Moze and run it back.

But also, they should have just fired him mid-season… Maybe could have salvaged 2026
