Bulls need to restock the pantry, add a bunch of risers.
I'd establish the Bulls as a great team for up and comers, expand the rotation and leverage their depth in the regular season.
When it's time to cash in the chips and go for broke, shrink the rotation, but that doesn't happen until you know you have a good, deep regular season team.
Having a great reputation with ambitious players and their agents really helps, Bulls need to be a team that creates all stars.
The issue with Gar/Pax after 2011 they never really made any effort to improve the roster and fell too much in love with their own guys instead of upgrading certain positions or getting a secondary scorer to help for Derrick Rose.
Only name I want to see for head coach is Rajon Rondo. That’s it
