This might be controversial, but AG seems to have the most competitive mindset on the team. Jokić is Jokić and he doesn’t have to be competitive every night to get a triple-double. He is competitive when he needs to be. Gordon has one setting and I absolutely love it 🏀

Aaron Gordon's philosophy from being a more unselfish player, a smarter player, working within a strong system player, building trust with Jokic, and being pretty much an athletic tank who must be so frustrating to deal with as a defender, whilst, right now working on efficiency and being coached to utilise his power in the 4th, whilst being cold in the clutch, we all knew when Gordon – also Braun, came back from injury, with Murray and Jokic, that the NBA will be in trouble. The last time they were consistently together that grabbed a ring. If they get a fully healthy Pwat that can strengthen his muscle tear enough to play with his athletic intensity with blocks, dunks, and catch and shoot; and Spencer Jones providing another stronger defender that can catch and Shoot. I don't know what team can handle them. It is just a shame players are dealing with grade-2 muscle tears. Utilising Gordon in key parts of the match reminds me of how Spurs utilised Wemby post injury. Aaron Gordon defensive IQ is insane, those defensive guards against Spurs without fouling blew my mind; and while Murray may be the biggest shooting guard threat; Gordon seems to have the best intuitive vision working with Jokic play-making. Like Jokic gets a lot of cred for his assists – some are trying to make assists contraversial – but, Jokic main team mates need more cred by how they position themselves because they understand Jokic's court vision so well. Like players like Jokic would get far less assists from less aware players. And Gordon is probably the most aware, which makes him so dangerous. He exploits Jokic's gravity, he knows when to screen instantly, like Gordon is so underrated. And far out, bros, built like a tank.

This season though with the depth of Spencer Jones and pwatt they can afford to rest him more and bring AG out for the very crucial games.
