POSTGAME: Suns BLOW 21 Point Lead In EMBARRASSING Home Loss To Rockets

The Phoenix Suns did not do much to inspire confidence Tuesday, blowing a 21-point first quarter lead in a 119-105 loss to the Houston Rockets. Things unraveled for the Suns, who were outscored, 98-68, from the second through fourth quarters.

Phoenix’s efforts were led by 31 points from Devin Booker, but it was far from enough as Houston chipped away at the deficit it faced. The Rockets dominated the glass and had a balanced attack led by 24 points from Kevin Durant.

With the loss, the Suns fall to 43-36 on the season and are officially locked into the Play-In Tournament, but they have yet to secure the seventh seed.     Dillion brooks and Jalen green combined for 7-26 and Kevin Durant outscored both of them combined 😂😂😂😂again, Kd his only healthy year with the suns he won 49 games and went to the playoffs and Arizona media was blaming kd for all bad stuff, well about now who's to blame? Suns fans was pulling the "wait til we get healthy" bs and now they getting they chain snatched once again BRING OUT THE BROOMS?

    So long as we're paying a Robin like he's a Batman this franchise is going nowhere but mediocrity. No hate on Book but he's just not that guy. He makes a great No. 2 whether that be on an Olympic team or in the shadow of CP3. Sure he will rack up stats during the course of 48mins like tonight. But he just hasn't got the game to takeover in the clutch or during playoff series when defenses are all over you.

    Paying him a super max plus the Beal buyout doesn't leave much to fill out a competitive, let alone contending NBA roster. He'll be an excellent Robin on a true contender but as 'the man' in the Valley of the Sun I just see heartache and frustration going forward.

    Yowza. Go go gadget this ain't working…. No one to lead yet anyone can if we start nailing 3's. No defense and no easy 2's, are same ole song and dance.

    The Phoenix Suns are a disaster right now. Mat needs to hire an experienced GM and completely overhaul the front office and stay out of basketball decisions moving forward. This team is in basketball hell. No meaningful draft picks until 2032, Beal salary at $19.5 for the next four seasons on a waive and stretch, paying two high priced coaches (Vogel, Bud) not to be in Phoenix and extending Booker who has regressed considerably since his bloated extension. The Suns need to start entertaining trade offers on: Booker, Green, Dillon Brooks and Allen for first round picks and expiring contracts. The only players you don't trade are Fleming and Maluach who deserve to be starting at this point. The Suns have been punting on the draft for far too long and need to start landing on some first round picks or things will get substantially worse — especially if Booker demands a trade and Suns lose their leverage altogether. Lastly, Jordan Ott either needs to play the rookies or be fired this off-season. He is torpedoing the Suns already slim chances with his dumb coaching decisions. Enough with Oso, small ball, and spamming three pointers. Teams have long since adapted to the Suns gimmicks.
