Valencia finished off a perfect double round by defeating Panathinaikos 102-84 at home to lock up a top-four finish and stay alive for the top seed. Valencia put together a 22-10 run spanning the final two quarters to improve to 24-13 and 16-3 at home.
Jean Montero paced six Valencia scorers in double figures with 22 points and 7 assists while Nate Reuvers had 16 points and Brancou Badio chipped in 14 points. Panathinaikos managed only a split in the double round to drop to 21-16 despite Nigel Hayes-Davis scoring 19 points as Kendrick Nunn was held to just 8 points.

Валенсија игра најлепшу колективну кошарку…нема "великих звезда" око којих се врти цела игра и тренер, већ су сви једнаки и свако постигне својих 10 до 15 поена без да се такмиче између себе и играју за личну статистику. Одбрана, напад, лепе и разноврсне акције, једноставно сва лепота кошарке у једном тиму, а још могу сваком да утрпају 100+ поена.

Valencia controlled the game from the start. PAO tried not to stay much behind in the score board and maybe have a chance in Q4, but their stars were so much tired under that small rotation.
I think Juancho, NHD and Osman must played 40/40 mins if am not wrong. And Nunn wasn't good enough this time!
F4 seems far for them, what a pity.
They had a very undignified run throughout the regular season. With the top budget, this roster and the finals in their arena this year, they must be ashamed!
