I do blame him to extent though I blame the roster more.
I know the Suns are in the first year of a rebuild but there's too many guards on the roster and the only people that are big enough are not developed at this point to play consistent minutes.

When are you going to put some blame on Booker?? Hes your superstar, he may be putting up good numbers of recently but his efficiency isn't that good this season.
