You are so much more positive about this lottery chances than me. History against us or is it actually a random system! (best conspiracy theory going in the NBA)

🤲🙏#1 pick
Woo hoo only a 14% to get Boozer. And yes boozer is the only franchise changing player in this class. AJ is derozan PRA no impact and Peterson has no brain with injury issues at 20 years old.
I propose a Russian Roullette lottery system. Instead of thr lottery being for the top 4 picks, they should make it for picks 11-14 with the highest odds being with the bottom three teams as it is now. It would fix so many issues such as a 10th or 11th seed having no chance of moving all the way up to #1 but still with a chance of improving draft position by a few spots if they get jumped by a team below them. Teams with a top 8 protected pick would likely want to get as close to that 8th spot as possible since it would be worse odds at "losing" the lottery. The bottom four teams still would have the best odds at holding thier position e.g. 1,2,3 or 4 but since the odds would still be better at moving all the way down to picks 11-14 it removes all of the incentive to tank and even moreso after the slot 4 and above…
A system like this also wouldn't remove the fun an intrigue of the lottery and likely even make it more fun…
