Toronto falls short in New York, Knicks send statement | Post Game Live
The Toronto Raptors play their 81st game of the season and that number has never really been too kind to Toronto. The Raptors (sans Quickley and CMB) will be dead tired on a back-to-back, facing a team that will be fully healthy, and a team that has already beaten them 4 times this season.
More importantly, a loss here almost certainly locks the Raptors into a series with the Knicks. So playing their starters, the Knicks are effectively choosing to face Toronto. And by beating them badly, they may be choosing to send a message.

Lmao, we are going to take ya'll to basketball University if you meet us in the 1st 😂
On the one hand theres a lot of good to focus on for our team this season.
We most likely made it to the playoffs this year most likely going from 30 to 46 wins, we saw a major leap from Jakobe, B.I has been healthy & good offensively and Scotties been great defensively and should be a lock for all defense first team. Mamu has been decent offenisvely although I think he can be a liability on defense at times.
However, in all honesty the season will most likely come to an end soon against NY and we need to focus on what we should be doing to improve next season, everyone from Bobby Webster to Darko to Scottie, B.I & IQ has got their work cut out for them next season if we're going to continue to take another step/leap forward.
We also have some big decisions to make in the offseason with regards to R.J., Gradey & whether we can or should try and trade Jak.
Bobby Webster needs to do whatever he can in the offseason to fill some holes on this roster. Namely a stretch rim protecting big, a PG like Coby White or Collin Sexton and an athletic versatile 3 & D wing that we have missed since we lost OG.
I highly suggest we keep AJ Lawson as he would make a great end of bench/rotation piece that can actually contribute on both ends of the court.
RJ and Ingram eill lead the raps in playoffs
poetl is no match to towns..cmb can do it better
The easiest bet in sports is betting against the Raptors whenever they play the Knicks or Pistons or Celtics. It pains me to do so as a long-time Raptors fan. However I cannot ignore the obvious.
Loved the podcast Rob!
finally Pen calling out the weirdos in the chat that just shit on the team after every loss
it was 3 offensive fouls in a row, 2 on Jak, then 1 on Mamu who subbed in for Jak. lots of examples of Raps guys getting hit going up even getting thrown down no call, Knicks guy next play lightly touched foul. was super obvious this game.
Very interested in how Ingram performs in the playoffs
There’s no way you blocked me for criticizing Barnes play today. Never once came at you. Always be tapped into your streams, have spent money here donating/becoming a member for months. Unbelievably soft and sensitive coming from you Pen. I’m not these other dweebs on the internet jumping you, in fact I’ve been defending you the last week or so. Unreal stuff. Deeply sadness me.
As a knicks fan, respectfully, I genuinely just don’t see how you guys keep the series competitive barring an injury from a key player and/or a significant playoff rising from BI, Scottie, & Rj.
