Liked Matas exit interview. Immediately knows he has to be stronger physically to be able to drive to the basket and finish. Year 3 will only bring more attention and criticism but I think he'll be just fine

I don't think Matas shooting long range and refusing to penetrate or go mid range is all his decision. Ayo said it himself. Donovan wants three balls. It's clearly not a viable strategy and I'd argue the Bulls were actually at their best this season when they pursued more mid range and drives to the basket, but it's not going to happen with our current head coach.
