The concerning thing to me isn’t that Tyler and Norm didn’t work, it’s that the Heat didn’t know it wouldn’t work. Despite them seeing first hand that Terry and Tyler didn’t work, and the continuous problem of Tyler getting picked on whenever games came down to it. They thought they could fix that by adding a second guard to get picked on.
This is an organization that isn’t able to come up with answers for its roster because they refuse to see they are building around the wrong horses. I don’t trust their basketball minds at all.
