As a Twolves fan, Chris Finch is not good at all, he's honestly really bad, in my opinion the worst coach in the NBA. The Timberwolves good and talented roster has been propping him up, he's holding us back. He's genuinely unfathomably incompetent for a NBA head coach.
I've watched the entire wolves season, and this teams record does not reflect how strong they will be in the playoffs. The media hoops "experts" are sleeping on this team. I'd say the series could go either way, it's a toss-up. No disrespect for the Nuggets. I think the Nuggets may be a finals team. But they will have to win 3 long matchups to get there.
I think this is a much more even series than it’s painted out to be but bc Minnesota has struggled with health down the stretch people are pretty low on them. Minnesota also underrated depth wise compared to last year. But yeah Jaden missed 7 of the last 10 games and Ant was injured for about the last 15. As long as those 2 can get healthy for the matchup it’s kind of a 50/50 series for me.
I think there will be roster changes for the Wolves regardless of the result. Randle cannot be the co-star next to Ant going forward if we're being serious (barring a miracle championship run). As a Wolves fan, the Nuggets are definitely heavy favorites, but I think the Wolves are fearless and don't care about starting on the road.

If you watched them all season, you saw a team that looked almost careless at times like they were pacing themselves more than proving anything. That kind of confidence can come off as arrogance, but it’s also what makes them dangerous when it matters.
Most Denver Nuggets fans get it. The rest probably don’t realize this series has real 6–7 game potential.
The thing about Nuggs is efficiency over power. Meaning less strain on injuries, and tactical bursts. Plus, god damn, VJ and Roddy having so much physicality. The Nuggs can create so much space. And, how much explosiveness does Ant have compared to last couple seasons? Golbert can't handle Jokic, so better pray Jokic misses.
As a Wolves fan this is gonna be entirely dependent on what Wolves team shows up. If they're too beaten down and tired, with the way they've ended the season then they're going home easily. But if they manage to turn up the intensity like they have the last two years, this is a much deeper team than last year. No NAW sucks but we weren't giving him the minutes and Ayo and Bones are such a dynamic mix up I think there's a chance these wolves could be better. I predict the Nuggets will finally have their get back against us but if the Wolves take a game in Denver it's gonna be another all time classic series.
This is the same as Clippers Nuggets to me from last year. Chuck Barkley said the same thing, Clippers were the #2 team in the West at the end of season. It went to 7, Nuggets won only off a last second put back dunk by Aaron Gordon. Crazy that we're potentially getting another first round matchup of that caliber this year, we are truly blessed. (Good for us but sad for the team that loses because you're considered just a first round exit once everyone forgets about the seriees.)

Denver has the hardest path to championship Wolves, Spurs, OKC. I will still back Denver to win it all.
