  1. Wolves had naw in the last playoffs series. He was as much important as kat for them. And Nuggets have a way better bench now. I still think it will be a close series, but Nuggets should win that if their 3 point shooting goes not completly cold.
Biggest difference to the last playoff series for Nuggets is cam Johnson. Mpj Was very bad against the wolves. He couldn't hit his wide open shots and was a liability on defense. Even if cam cant hit his shots, he will be way better on defense than mpj.

  2. How could this not be a rivalry? As a wolves fan we see the nuggets as our biggest rivalry by far. Not only matching up in 3 out of the last 4 playoffs, but we are in the same division so see each other 4 times per year, and those games always seem like heaters. Christmas OT game this year, Jokic 61 point 2OT game last year, just to name a few

  3. The Nuggets this season:

20-6 record to start the season
19-20 record during the injury-plagued stretch
15-2 record to close the season

  4. As a wolves fan this is a rivalry for sure, it had a backdoor pilot in game 82 of 2017-18 to determine the 8 seed when Taj Gibson led the way to a victory over Will Barton. Then 2023 Denver was coming out and saying that Minnesota played them the hardest in route to their championship without Jaden and Naz. 2024 may have been the most dramatic playoff series of the decade and the regular season games have been playoff caliber for several seasons now. Also, in the same division for what that's worth. Let us not forget that Jamal Murray threw a heat pad from the bench on to the paint during a play because he was having a temper tantrum for getting swallowed by Nickeil and Jaden.
