LaMelo Ball With a Game High 30 Points & 10 Assists – Hits Game Winner for the Charlotte Hornets
The Miami Heat and Charlotte Hornets played in what can be considered an insta-classic on Tuesday in the 2026 NBA Play-in Tournament.
In a game that went back and forth, LaMelo Ball struggled with his jumper, but found multiple other ways to be effective.
On the night LaMelo, went 12 of 31 from the field, including a brutal 2 of 16 from three-point-territory, for a game-high 30 points. Ball also handed out a game-high 10 assists to go along with 5 rebounds, a steal and a block.
Ball drove to the rim for multiple big plays late in the game for the Hornets, whether he scored or drew in multiple defenders and dished it off to the open man for the assist.
As a matter of fact, LeMalo would also slash to the rim to score the eventual game-winning basket as the Hornets advance to play the loser of Wednesday’s matchup between the Orlando Magic and Philadelphia 76ers.
